Join Lord Mayor Graham Quirk and Brisbane’s leading businesses at this year’s Leaders of Innovation Lunch and launch of the Brisbane Innovation Scorecard on August 17 at The Sebel & Citigate King George Square.
The Brisbane Innovation Scorecard recognises and rewards those companies, businesses and individuals who demonstrate excellence in innovation and contribute to Brisbane’s long-term economic growth.
“I encourage Brisbane business owners to come along to the Leaders of Innovation Lunch to be inspired and informed about the innovation being embraced across our city,” Cr Quirk said.
“The Brisbane Innovation Scorecard offers an insight into some of our leading businesses and the cutting-edge ideas and processes that have led to their success,” he said.
The third annual Brisbane Innovation Scorecard is an international measurement of business innovation in Australia’s new world city. The Brisbane Innovation Scorecard is produced by collaborating partners Brisbane Marketing, Deloitte, UQ Business School, Brisbane City Council, Queensland Government, Regional Development Australia Brisbane and Enterprise Connect (Australian Government).
The Scorecard is part of the Enable Brisbane series of events being held throughout August to promote and celebrate innovation and its essential role in driving Brisbane’s long-term economic prosperity and cement the city’s reputation as a centre of excellence.
