The 2013 46th Annual AIFST (Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology) Convention will be held in Brisbane and focus on the issues and advances facing Australia’s food technology industry. The annual AIFST convention is the premier food technology conference for representatives from industry, research and government organisations to attend.
