On the 3rd March 2012, King George Square in the City centre will come alive as Brisbane welcomes over 4,000 students from around world.
Invitations are open to all students – local and international - to attend the city’s biggest welcome event, Brisbane Welcomes International Students (BWIS).
To be opened by Lord Mayor Graham Quirk and hosted by Brisbane Marketing’s Study Brisbane program, this informative and vibrant event will showcase Brisbane’s educational, lifestyle and community offering; from live local bands, competition give-aways, food stalls, Australian wildlife, to over 50 exhibitors.
