The Moreton Bay Task Force of Mayors comprising Brisbane City Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council and Redland City Council endorses the awards and is committed to ongoing support. The Task Force members have worked together over a number of years to support the local tourism industry, events and business sectors to gain recognition and acknowledgement of their achievements and and raise awareness of Brisbane’s Moreton Bay and Islands as a quality destination.
The program is primarily to showcase the local tourism industry, celebrate sustainable business procedures, excellence in customer service and innovation and the implementation of environmental and risk practices.
