Brisbane Welcomes International Students event, March 2012.
Each March, we coordinate a signature welcome event in the city called Brisbane Welcomes International Students. Hosted by the Lord Mayor, the event transforms King George Square into a giant welcome stage for more than 3,500 newly arrived international students. Brisbane International Student Guide, November 2011 launch.
We also partner with Insider Publishing to create the only fully comprehensive international student guide in Brisbane. Over 15,000 of these free, A5 annual guides are distributed across Brisbane through Council libraries, participating Study Brisbane member institutions, and the Visitor Information Centres at Brisbane International Airport and Queen Street Mall, in the heart of the City.
The 2012 edition of the guide is currently in production. Advertising opportunities are available in the following core categories or by arrangement:
