IMPORTANT!  Venues that are Convention Members are required to provide information in relation to business events held on-site for the Queensland Business Events Survey (QBES). QBES data is a requirement of Queensland Government funding for Brisbane conventions marketing. Continuing membership benefits is conditional on Brisbane Marketing receiving this information every financial quarter.

The Visitor Information & Booking Centre utilises an online reservation system. By listing your business you are able to maximise sales and increase product distribution in an online environment. In addition to allowing Centre staff to take front desk and telephone bookings on the spot, the system also enables internet users to book and pay online direct to your product.
